Entrepreneurial Orientations of Rural Women

This book contribute to the women entrepreneurship literature and specific conceptual insight for decision makers, planners, development partners, and women entrepreneurs by providing knowledge about rural poor women entrepreneurial orientation in developing MSE sectors. This particular book look in to basic motivational factors from push and pull factors, opportunities and challenges faced by those rural women engaged in MSEs. The existing policies and strategy support are also examined. Finally, the book provides an initial basis for deepening our conceptual understanding on poor women business owners in Ethiopia.

Dr. Daniel Temesgen is an Author of three similar books and produced several Journal articles. Currently he is associate professor teaching Rural entrepreneurship in University. Mr Getachew Tadesse is senior Expert in Finance and Economic development office of Gambella Region Ethiopia. He has extensive experience in Economic development field.
