About the Author

Julia K. O'Neill earned her J.D.degree cum laude at Boston College Law School and her B.A. degree in Economics at Yale University. She has had her work published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, Massachusetts Bar Association Lawyers Journal and Banker and Tradesman, and has been a guest on the nationally-broadcast radio program Observations About Law. She practiced with a firm in Boston for nine years before she and her husband started their own firm, Fleming & O'Neill, P.C. in Boston, where she specializes in business, corporate and securities law.

Hugo Barreca holds an MBA from New York University and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to the New York, Connecticut and Florida Bars. Mr. Barreca has over twenty years experience in media and technology, including senior positions with Time Inc. and the New York Times Magazine Group. He is a consultant on general management, financial and legal affairs and has assisted in the formation and organization of several start-up companies. Mr. Barreca resides in New York City.
