Stuart Bell is a barrister and the Eversheds Professor of Environmental Law in the Centre for Legal Research at Nottingham Law School. He is an Editor of Environmental Law Reports. Donald MacGillivray is a Lecturer in the School of Law, Birkbeck College, University of London. He is also on the editorial committees of the Environmental Law review and the Journal of Environmental Law.
