Robert Gifford is Professor of Psychology at the University of Victoria. He is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association and the Canadian Psychological Association, and the former President of APA's Division on Population and Environment. He is the editor of the Journal of Environmental Psychology (as of 2002), and the author or editor of more than 70 books, professional journal articles, and encyclopedia entries.
