Small split to the front volume joint of I to the tail, no more than 2cm. Back strip is lifting to the head of volume II. Two additional labels to the spines of each volume. Ex libris bookplate to the front pastedown of each volume. Front and rear hinges are lightly strained to volume II. Front hinge to volume I is tender. Internally generally firmly bound.
