Epiphanies

Epiphanies: Energy Flow Poetry is a collection of Ravarour's selected poetic works from 1970 to 2004, and represents a direct application of his Energy Flow system to the medium of poetry. The poems function as portals into our intimate, unified consciousness, and as a lens into nature and its multidimensional planes of vibration and being. They portray energy networks and vortices where energies interact, and are evocative of greater spiritual dimensions as drawn from Ravarour's practice of his own Energy Meditation exercises. Ravarour has also published Lightforms: Energy Flow Photography; and, Keys to Spiritual Being: Energy Meditation and Synchronization Exercises, designed to spiritualize the individual and draw deeper connections between mates.

Adrian Ravarour is the author of thirteen books, a visual artist, poet, spiritual theorist, instructor of Energy Meditation, and creator of Energy Flow Photography. In the 1960's Ravarour was a staff member at Intersection Center for Religion and the Arts, where the arts were sacramental. Following spiritual studies, Ravarour was directed to create transformational art as his life's work, and as a result created his Energy Flow System of Arts. Ravarour received his Ph.D. in 1985 from the Union Institute under Dr. Jose Arguelles-Valum Voton, who supervised his doctoral program in Eastern philosophy and biopsychic energy studies, which were applied to Ravarour's Energy Meditation, and form the locus for all of his artistic output.
