One Plus One Equals Three: Teamwork and Leadership

The book discusses teams and leadership in a way not seen before. The author has years of experience at leadership since he was 8 years old in little league. The government agencies he describes and other organizations all use leadership for teams of all sorts. He gives advice to younger staff and helps understand why team leadership is important in American Culture. The book is designed for anyone in our diverse world.

I wrote this book to highlight where I have been on my leadership journey. Without good leadership you reap no leadership of your own. I was lucky to have military men my whole childhood who cared enough to show me the way to manhood. Thank God for those men and my mother for putting me in the position to succeed.
