Barbara Baksa is the executive director of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP). Daniel D. Coleman is a senior manager in Deloitte Financial Advisory Service LLP's Valuation Practice, where he specializes in valuation issues related to human capital, including equity-based compensation. Daniel N. Janich is an officer of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. in Chicago. David R. Johanson is the managing attorney and a counselor at law with Johanson Berenson LLP, which has offices in Napa and Pasadena, California; Great Falls, Virginia; and Cary, North Carolina. Blair Jones is a managing principal at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, a compensation consulting firm. Kay Kemp is an associate director in the Compensation and Benefits Advisory Services practice of McDermott Will & Emery LLP.
