Paul S. Davies is Fellow and Tutor in Law at St Catherine's College, Oxford, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Paul was previously a Fellow and College Lecturer in Law at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, where he was also a Newton Trust Lecturer in the Faculty of Law. He currently teaches contract and trusts at undergraduate level, and commerical remedies and restitution at graduate level. In 2015 Paul won the Peter Birks Prizes for Outstanding Legal Scholarship awarded by the Society of Legal Scholars for his book Accessory Liability (Hart Studies in Private Law: Hart Publishing).

Graham Virgo is Professor of English Private Law and Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education at Downing College, University of Cambridge. He is the author of several books on trusts law, as well as criminal law, including The Principles of the Law of Restitution (Oxford University Press) and The Principles of Equity & Trusts (Oxford University Press).

Professor Edward Burn, Barrister, and Honorary Bencher of Lincoln's Inn, is an Emeritus Student of Christ Church, Oxford, and formerly Professor of Law in the City University. He is the author of Maudsley & Burn's Trusts & Trustees: Cases & Materials and consultant editor of Equity & Trusts: Text, Cases, and Materials.
