limited edition of 750 copies (650 for sale). Two volume set contained in a plain black slipcase. Volume one in orange cloth, volume two in red cloth. Both have gilt lettering to the spine and are oblong format, 9.75ins x 12ins. Volume one: 269pp . Illustrations, some folding, within the text. Volume two: pps 275 to 525. Illustrations, some folding, within the text. Foreword by Alan Powers. Both volumes Fine. Nb heavy set (over 5kg wrapped), expensive to post overseas.
