Gilt titles on black with gilt line top and bottom on box. 16.3 x 12cm. 328 pages. b/w frontis, no further illusts. Ornate design first capital letter of beginning of new chapter. Condition: Back of boards, marble effect paper chipped + small pieces missing on edge and bottom. Ditto front bottom edge. General age discolouration front, spine and back. Wear on edges, rubbed on spine + corners. e/ps even age discolouration. P163- 190 pages loose in a block. P128 cracked down seam webbing showing. Stringing binding needs attention. However, binding of book holding together well. Clean, little wear, good colour. For age not in bad condition. Good minus.
