Between 1969-1970 and in 1975 the writer was twice detained under the draconian provisions of the Internal Security Act (ISA) which virtually meant detention without trial in the mid 1978/1979/1980, a week before the author was to leave for London to pursue Law at Buckingham University London, three warrants of arrest were issued against him.
