478 pp + 4 p index, b/w illustrations, the book is solid and tight, the pages are mostly clean and have some foxing, however, the first and last several pages have some dampstaining, also the first several pages are heavily soiled, the covers are tight and slightly cocked, lower 1.5" of rear outside spine hinge has been reglued, the covers are heavily worn, but tight, a very usable copy of this early book concerning a treatise on the structure, functions, passional attractions and perversions, true and false physical and social conditions, and the most intimate relations of men and women.
