1827. No Edition Stated. 536 pages. This is an ex-Library book. Quarter bound leather with blue cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front board. Illustrated throughout with black and white diagrams and foldouts. Binding remains firm. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Heavy tanning and foxing to pastedowns and endpapers, with library inserts and stamps to front. Stamps to frontispiece and title page. Foldouts remain intact. Boards have moderate to heavy edge wear with heavy rubbing to surfaces. Moderate crushing to spine ends. Heavy fading and erosion to leather. Library marks to spine.
