About the Author
In addition to providing training to managers and consulting with organizations to improve their performance and retention he is a faculty member with the University of Phoenix, where he teaches various classes in the human services. Tim is also a Subject Matter Expert in helping to develop new classes.
He holds an undergraduate degree in organizational management, a graduate degree in human services, and a graduate degree in psychology.
