About the Author

Tim Nolan has worked with over 5,000 human service managers and workers to help them elevate their professional performance and leadership skills. He is also the founder and president of the Human Services Leadership Institute.

In addition to providing training to managers and consulting with organizations to improve their performance and retention he is a faculty member with the University of Phoenix, where he teaches various classes in the human services. Tim is also a Subject Matter Expert in helping to develop new classes.

He holds an undergraduate degree in organizational management, a graduate degree in human services, and a graduate degree in psychology.
