WANDER LOWIE is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Applied Linguistics at the University of Gronigen, the Netherlands. His research has focused on the development of morphology, phonology and the lexicon in a second language, more recently from the perspective of Dynamic Systems Theory. He has taught a wide range of courses in English and Applied Linguistics.
BREGTJE SETON is a PhD student at the English Department of the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. Her research focuses on first language attrition of Dutch immigrants in North America, using eye-tracking and ERP experiments. Previously, she has also done work on bilingualism and second language development.
