IT Essentials I: PC Hardware and Software Companion Guide (Cisco Networking Academy Program)

The only Cisco authorized textbook that supports the IT Essentials I: PC Hardware and Software online course within the Networking Academy

• Portable desk reference that compliments the online course
• Written by the developers of the online course - information straight from the source
• Accompanying CD-ROM contains interactive e-Labs, practice test questions for the CompTIA A+ exam, and more

The IT Essentials I: PC Hardware and Software online course and the CompTIA A+ certification exam were revised in late 2003. Cisco Press published a supplement to assist with these revisions that was bundled with the first edition of the Companion Guide. The Second Edition of the IT Essentials I Companion Guide incorporates all the information from the supplement, and includes additional material that complements the revised IT Essentials I online course. The Companion Guide is a portable desk reference of the course material that can be used anytime, anywhere. This textbook is designed to reinforce the material in the course, and to help students focus on important concepts and organize their study time for exams.
