The 6th edition of this book has been deliberately aimed at postgraduate students in medicine and neurology studying for higher diplomas, such as MRCP (UK). It includes advice on treatment and management of individual neurological disorders, as well as improvements in diagnostic techniques. These techniques, especially in neuroimaging have required extensive revisions in the text, the addition of much new material and of many new illustrations of CT scanning and MR imaging.
