Pamphlet is tight, square, and unmarked but for former owner purchase date on front wrap and date read on rear wrap. Pamphlet Condition: Fine. No DJ. Pictorial wraps. Wraps are not bent or folded; spine is tightly stapled. 63 pp. Nineteen vignettes of homesteading, two dozen vignettes reflecting events before the crucial years and only one dozen after. A focus on the years 1875-1877. A story of Estes Park's fame in distant and distinguished circles. A pristine and clean copy.
