Enjoy the rich melodrama of Esther.

Esther is a story that has it all: courty intrigue, tears and sorrow, joy and celebration - and what a line-up of colourful characters! We have wicked Haman, evil beyond belief; a king who is out for a good time; the esteemed Mordecai; the proud Vashti; and the imprudent Zeresh. But the star of the show is an orphaned girl from an ethnic minority who becomes an empire's most powerful woman and risks her life to save her people from annihilation. What is missing from this story is the name of God. Esther is the only Bible book that never mentions Him. Discover where God is in dangerous times and see how He is working - even when we're not aware of it.

Icebreakers, Bible readings, eye openers, discussion starters, personal application make this a rich resource for group or individual study.
