Eternal: In the Beginning was the End

The story begins after the end. In a silent, timeless void, a new consciousness stirs, a refugee of a forgotten apocalypse, born from the ashes of dead realities. It has no name, no memory, only a single, consuming question: What choice led to this end?

The answer unfolds as vision: the year 400,000. Humanity has become Homo Novus, a solar-spanning civilization of immortal gods, sustaining eternity by “harvesting” entire worlds. They are masters of existence, conquerors of death itself.
But their perfection hides a fatal lie. A “glitch”,  a silent unraveling of physical law, begins to spread through their universe. As reality itself decays, factions of humanity turn on each other in a final civil war, blind to the truth: the glitch is no enemy, but a consequence, a cosmic immune response to a crime committed millennia ago.

From the mind of Soham Kale comes Codex Ananta, a terrifying new epic that fuses the science of The Three-Body Problem with the timeless philosophy of the Vedas. A creation myth told in reverse, a cosmic horror that questions reality itself, it asks: what is the true price of immortality, and what happens when a choice, once made, cannot be unmade?

The beginning was the end. And the end is only the beginning.
