Ethical Issues in Community Health Care

Despite the recent increased emphasis on ethics in health care, the subject of community health care is rarely specifically addressed. Yet it is in the community that many ethical issues arise, both in the particular practice situation and in the wider social issues connected with changes in government policy. This edited text discusses these questions and looks at the whole range of community health nursing in the UK.



The multidisciplinary group of contributors explore the issues of theory and practice that arise in community health care. They encourage critical reflection on the differences between hospital-based care and community care.
