About the Author

Rainer Maria Pohl, Jahrgang 1959, besuchte die Berufspadagogische Akademie in Innsbruck und hat an der Universitat Krems einen Master-Studiengang fur Poitische Bildung absolviert. Ausserdem studierte er an der Fachhochschule in Innsbruck neben seiner Lehrtatigkeit Verfahrens- und Umwelttechnik. Er ist mittlerweile seit fast dreissig Jahren Berufsschullehrer fur Politische Bildung und Wirtschaftskunde in Tirol. Wahrend dieser Zeit war er stets bestrebt, sich ein umfangreiches Wissen uber die gesellschaftlichen und politischen Entwicklungen anzueignen. Rainer Maria Pohl kann auch auf Berufserfahrung in der Privatwirtschaft zuruckblicken. Er war vor seinem Eintritt in den Schuldienst zehn Jahre lang als Tischlergeselle, Handwerksmeister und kaufmannischer Angestellter beschaftigt. Wahrend dieser Zeit hat er ebenfalls in Innsbruck das Bundesrealgymnasium fur Berufstatige absolviert."
