broadside, (3.5 in. x 5 in.). Printed in full color. A small chip to the bottom left, else near fine. A "Hold up to the Light" nineteenth-century advertisement piece. Very scarce. A beautifully printed advertisement focusing on the periodical company The Evening Herald. The front of the broadside features a lovely illustration. On the back is printed "Advertise in The Herald, The Largest Circulator in Central New York" and features two eyes printed in black which show through when held up to the light.
