Extracting relevant information and applying suitable decision-making skills are preventing them from negative decision outcomes. Aiming to expand on a sparse literature area, this study explores the relationship between personality dimensions, introversion and extroversion, decision-making styles and decision quality outcomes. The current study utilized a multi-correlational design. Participants (N=143) completed an online survey of three validated measurements were used: Mini Markers (Saucier, 1996), General Decision Making Style (Scott and Bruce 1995) questionnaire, and Decision-Making Outcomes Inventory (Bruine de Bruin et al. 2007). Taken together, the study may be applicable in terms of clinical interventions as well as various job-related aspects.
