This work is essentially an adaptation and condensation of 18 Copyright Office circulars (all free) and two Patent Office pamphlets, "Basic Facts about Trademarks" and "General Information Concerning Patents" (which cost a total of $3.50). Over a dozen of the most heavily used copyright and patent forms and their instructions are included, with approximately 60 percent of the work on copyright, 10 percent on trademarks, and 30 percent on patents. Three or four titles like this are published each year, and circulating collections of medium-sized and larger public libraries should own a recent, plainly written, inexpensive guide like this.
