In 2015, he won the Digital Promise/EdSurge Digital Innovation in Learning Award. Grant has a B.S. degree in Information Systems from Brigham Young University - Hawaii, a Master of Education Technology degree from Boise State University, and began his Doctor of Education degree at Johns Hopkins University.
