Kenneth C. Jackson II, PharmD, is Manager for Clinical Pharmacy Services at St. Dominic-Jackson Memorial Hospital and on the clinical faculty at the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in Jackson, Mississippi. Dr. Jackson currently is Co-Chair of the Mississippi Cancer Pain Initiative. Linda S.
