4 Volumes. A compilation of selections illustrating the four stages of development in art as applied to oratory. Vol.I, 1901, 17th edition, 167 pgs. Vol. II, 1902, 16th edition, 101 pgs. Vol. III, 1903, 13th edition, 101 pgs. Vol. IV, 1903 15th edition, 101 pgs. All 4 vol. have clean text. Bound in brick red cloth with gilt lettering on front covers. All volume covers have worn and nicked edges as does the spine ends. Light stains and scuffs on covers. Vol. IV has wear on the spine. All paper ends in red.
