About the Author

Steven M. Penny, MA, RT(R), RDMS is an author, educator, registered radiographer (ARRT),and registered sonographer (ARDMS). His specialties in sonographyinclude Abdomen, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Pediatrics. Steven is currently the Lead Instructor for the Medical Sonography program at Johnston Community College in Smithfield, NorthCarolina.

Traci B. Fox, MS, RT(R), RDMS, RVT, is Assistant Professor and Clinical Coordinator, Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program, Thomas Jefferson University School of Health Professions, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
