Reprint from Excavations at Minturae. [16] p.: illustrations; 28 cm. Stamp of Department of Classical and Near Eastern Archaeology, Bryn Mawr College, at lower edge of first and next to last pages. Handwritten identification at upper edge of first page. The author led the team from the University of Pennsylvania Museum when it excavated Minturnae, in southern Italy, in the early 1930s. The majority of the over 100 pieces of sculpture found there were left in Italy and lost during World War II. This section of Excavations at Minturae covers architectural terracottas. In Good+ Condition: one horizontal crease throughout; creasing at upper corner and along fore-edges; first page and last page are lightly soiled; scraped along spine.
