Hardcover. Advert endpapers plus one page of illustrated ads at front (one for chandeliers and the other for corsets) +162 pp. with index. Adveristing pages interspersed throughout. Book of choice recepies "contributed and approved by the best housekeepers skilled in cuisine, the whole carefully arranged and complied for St. Agnes Guild of the Church of the Epiphany." The boards appear to have been covered by plain brown paper at one time and a good portion of this still adheres to the cloth. Interior occasionally fingered.
