Excellence in Parts Work Multiple Approaches and Proven Techniques for Helping Clients in Counseling, Coaching, and Hypnotherapy

What Part of You Wants to Transform Others?

This book shares specific strategies for parts work, ego state theory, and internal family systems (IFS). If you have a counseling or psychotherapy background, you will recognize the idea of parts work, ego state theory, and IFS as being a component of some of the work you have already done. You will be able to increase your skills, so when you have a client in your office, you can use the concepts from this book to directly impact them.

In addition to the idea of parts work being a core of psychotherapy, it has also long been a core technique in professional hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, and life coaching. Doing parts work adds amazing outcomes to client sessions.

Parts work is adaptable for in-person and online client sessions or any other form of therapeutic communication. These strategies are flexible and adaptable. You will find that no matter what your background, there is a strategy and a technique that will be useful to you and the clients you work with.

The best part, though, is that you are going to personally benefit from the material in this book!
By reading this book you will learn and understand the ideas of parts therapy and know the techniques. You can practice the ideas in this book in self-hypnosis or in your quiet time. You can apply the techniques to your own life first. This means that you can work honestly with your clients and passionately share with them from a base of personal experience and transformation.
