Concise version of the larger 'Flora of the British Isles', which was published in 1951, designed for the student and keen amateur botanist. Contains keys and descriptions but no illustrations. 579pp with index. Silver lettering to spine. Some creasing to corners and former owner's name to pastedowns, otherwise good copy in unclipped DJ. Both book and DJ in protective laminate covers.
