Executive Powerplay: The Commando Protocol

Leadership is not tested in comfort. It is tested in uncertainty. In today's volatile world, leaders are expected to make high-impact decisions with incomplete information, inspire confidence under pressure, adapt rapidly to changing circumstances, and execute with discipline when the stakes are highest. Executive Powerplay reveals a battle-tested framework for doing exactly that, via its doctrine 'The Commando Protocol'

Developed by India's renowned commando trainers, Hon. Major Dr. Deepak Rao and Dr. Seema Rao -called upon by the Indian Army to help modernize close-combat training & later by the Ministry of Home Affairs to help strengthen State ATS capabilities following the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. Over 3 decades, Rao couple trained almost 25,000 troops from Army, Para SF, Navy-MARCOS, IAF-GARUDS, NSG-Black Cats, Secret Units, Paramilitary and Police ATS Squads. Their treatise (Books) got archived into FBI, INTERPOL and UN Libraries. For outstanding service to national security, the President of India conferred upon Dr. Deepak Rao the ultimate honour-the Honorary Rank of Major in the Parachute Regiment TA battalion, alongside MS Dhoni. Dr. Seema Rao was conferred India's highest award for women, the Nari Shakti Award.

The Rao's translated their Special Forces work into 'The Commando Protocol' to help strengthen decision-making, resilience, adaptability, mission focus, teamwork, and disciplined execution for Organisations and Individuals, seeking peak performance and personal mastery. The Commando Protocol(TM) combines the strategic insights of modern Special Forces warfare with the enduring wisdom of Oriental Philosophy - Sun Tzu, Lao Tzu, Zen philosophy, and the Samurai Bushido code.

"The Commando Protocol(TM) will revolutionize the way you think, work, and live - changing the way you perceive the world, turning every goal into a mission, every challenge into a battlefield to conquer, and every obstacle into a pathway to extraordinary results you once thought impossible."
