About the Author
Robert W. Barner is Vice President of Organizational Development and Learning for Choice Hotels International, where he leads a team of thirty specialists in the company's training and organization development efforts. With more than twenty years of experience as an international consultant, Barner has worked with a variety of clients such as AT&T, Honeywell, GTE, and Disney. A prolific writer, he is the author of "Lifeboat Strategies" and "Crossing the Minefield" and a contributing author to several books including "The 1997 McGraw-Hill Team & Organization Development Sourcebook."
