B. Kim Barnes is CEO of Barnes & Conti Associates, Inc., an independent learning and organization development firm. She has more than thirty years of experience in the fields of management, leadership, and organization development. She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and meetings. Kim has also authored many journal articles and more recently has published  a book on internal consulting, another on self-navigation, and two books of detective fiction, with an OD consultant as the protagonist.
