Includes transcript of a three-part interview between artists John Connell and Eugene [Gene] Newmann. 6p. Measures 9x9 inches. The Raft Project (1989-1994) is a giant sculpture/painting project conceived by John Connell and painter Eugene Newmann. It was commonly perceived as being a takeoff on Gericault's The Raft of the Medusa.
