Used in good condition. Clean cover, pages and text with tight binding. Red hardcover with gilt lettering on spine shows minimal shelf life wear for its age. There are a couple of small white marks and a stain, the spine is a little faded with a white mark at the top. There are a handful of pages that have underlining and a couple that have words in the margin. Previous owner's signature is on the inside of the cover. We are a Benedictine Abbey/Seminary library. We appreciate your support.
