Dr Evans E. Woherem is currently: (1) MD/CEO, Compumetrics Solutions Ltd., an IT Consultancy company (2) Chairman, Digital Africa Global Consult Ltd, which promotes amongst other things, the yearly Digital Africa Conference and Exhibition (3) Chairman, Northlink Insurance Brokers Ltd, an Insurance Brokerage company. (4) Chairman, Chams Access Ltd, an access providing Technology company in Nigeria, and (5) Director, Chams Plc., one of the pioneer indigenous IT companies in Nigeria.

Dr. Mayuri Odedra-Straub is a non-executive Director of Digital Africa Global Consult Ltd. She is currently based in Germany and works as a freelance consultant on various areas to do with development and fund-raising. She has previously worked for Asia Initiatives and Temple University, both based in Tokyo (Japan), FAKT Konsult, Stuttgart (Germany), Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (India), University of Singapore, and Commonwealth Secretariat (London), among others.
