(14) 96 pages, 6pp table, 12mo, engraved frontis, and 10 copper engravings of fish within the text, minor cropping to top edge just touching running title in places. Bound in a recent full panelled old-style calf, a very good copy. The last edition in Venables lifetime, Venables was a professional soldier in the parliamentary army, who spent his leisure time angling. W.S 214 £780.
