1984. No edition stated. 268 pages. No dust jacket, Folio edition with slipcase. Illustrated green cloth with gilt lettering. Illustrated by Paul Cox. Ex-Libris plate stuck to front pastedown. Pages remain bright and clear with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Small liquid stains to front board. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Slipcase has light edge wear with minor markings to panels.
