Item description from seller

2 leaves [half-title, title page], 285 pp. Original cloth. Spine rubbed (perhaps due to removal of a label). Corners of covers bent and a little worn. Pages yellowed. Lightly foxed at beginning and end of the text. Very Good. This book was originally published privately in 1869 or 1870 (I have seen both dates mentioned), written by Viscount Adare, with introductory remarks by the Earl of Dunraven, and printed by Thomas Scott.
