About the Author
Didier Lehenaff is a PE graduate from Paris University and currently a researcher at the laboratory of biomechanics and physiology at INSEP, the renowned French Olympic campus. A former triathlete and coach, race director of major international thiathlons such as the Nice 1994 triathlon world championships, and Bercy indoors triathlon, he was elected president of the European Triathlon Union in 1995. he has written numerous articles and books on triathlon, among them 'Triathlon' (Chiron, 5th edition 2001), 'One Sport, Two Transitions, Three Disciplines: Triathlon' (INSEP 1997), and 'Triathlon Sydney 2000' (INSEP 1999).
