About the Author

Hanan Eshel, Ph.D., was Professor at the Department of Land of Israel Studies and Archaeology at Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Barnea Selavan currently lives in Tel Aviv. Shani Tzoref, is Qumran Institute Fellow at the Georg-August University of Gottingen, Germany.
