LaMor Clements is a trauma-informed certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), 500-hour E-RYT, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Educator Provider (YACEP). She offers yoga classes, individualized yoga therapy, ayurveda lifestyle coaching, meditation and yoga nidra gatherings, and sound bath sessions. She also serves as an accredited yoga therapy school faculty member and cohort mentor.
