Carol Uebelacker, M.D., is a board-certified family physician who has been practicing in Delafield, Wisconsin, since 1991. Her specialties include women?s health and alternative medicine. She attended the University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison, Wisconsin, and completed a family practice residency at the Hinsdale Family Practice Residency Program in Hinsdale, Illinois.
