Da pagina 83 in fine non sono piu' presenti questi reintegri di carta ai fogli. Legatura coeva in mezza pelle. Seconda edizione (edizione originale: 1796) del solo primo volume della celebre opera in cui Laplace�presenta l'ipotesi che il sistema solare si sia formato dal raffreddamento e dalla contrazione di una nube di gas incandescente di polveri stellari in lenta rotazione.
