About this title

Synopsis

A step by step training manual with everything an eyelash extensions technician needs to know. However, you actually need to try and practice some of these explanations before you become fully aware of the benefits of the information contained in this book. Therefore Robyna explains how to practice the art and judge your own work. This will prepare you well before you work on clients.I have tried to consider all the questions students asked me during my forty odd years of teaching. All the things I liked and disliked about having eyelash extension on my eyelashes. I have included the different kinds of eyelash extensions together with false eyelashes and party lashes, information about glue, eye anatomy, skincare (in brief) eye care, contra-indication, YouTube video site addresses and my findings on those videos. How to set up your business card, your forms, disclaimers and everything I could think of to assist you to either improve your skills or gain knowledge in becoming the best in the business. There is a section on how to practice on oranges before you begin practicing on a friend or family member. Yes they love you and want to help you become good at your new skill but that does not mean you should make a clown out of them. They want to look as though they have some added beauty to their face. They do not want to get sore eyes for assisting you nor do they want to look ridiculous. Eyelash extensions courses run for a day or so. You cannot possibly lean this skill in a day. It is great to have someone teaching you but no one remembers all they are told or shown. Therefore this book will assist technicians and beginners alike. Flutter up girls.
